Our mission: Shaping change that works

As the founder of StepUp, I combine my passion for transformation and sustainable change management with in-depth expertise in HR, project management and management consulting. With a background in business administration as well as systemic consulting and coaching and over 20 years of experience in international, dynamic and complex corporate environments, I support organizations in shaping change in a targeted and successful manner.

The focus is on working with manufacturing companies in the B2B sector, such as the mechanical engineering industry, plant construction, energy supply and the life science industry. These sectors are characterized by high demands on efficiency, quality and innovation – and this is precisely where we come in.

With a deep understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in these sectors, I not only bring many years of experience to the table, but also the ability to jointly develop customized solutions that have a long-term impact.

The main focus is on both Switzerland and Germany. We also have extensive global experience, particularly through transformation projects in the USA, India, China and other parts of Asia.

This international perspective makes it possible to respect cultural differences and at the same time develop universally effective solutions.

StepUp - Strategic HR excellence for sustainable development

StepUp supports companies through transformation, strategic and operational HR excellence and digitalization. With extensive experience in international, dynamic and volatile environments, StepUp:

This includes the development of HR strategies, the design of sustainable processes and the operational implementation of measures that directly contribute to the company’s goals. The aim is to establish HR as a strategic partner in the company and create long-term added value.

Whether acquisitions, integrations, company sales or spin-offs – StepUp offers comprehensive support in the planning, management and implementation of such transformation processes. The focus is on minimizing risks, smoothly integrating new units into existing structures and ensuring long-term stability.

StepUp supports companies in the division or restructuring of business units and is responsible for the entire change management process. This includes the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote acceptance at all levels and ensure the successful implementation of the new structures.

As part of Group-wide HR projects, StepUp assumes management and responsibility for the implementation of key topics such as digitalization, corporate culture and change management. The focus here is on developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of the organization and at the same time create sustainable competitive advantages.

StepUp drives the strategic development of the HR organization by optimizing performance management and talent management systems and adapting them to the company’s goals. In addition, the focus is on the harmonization of HR key performance indicators (HR KPIs), the digitalization of payroll processes and the optimization of benefits systems in order to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction in equal measure.
