As the founder of StepUp, I combine my passion for transformation and sustainable change management with in-depth expertise in HR, project management and management consulting. With a background in business administration as well as systemic consulting and coaching and over 20 years of experience in international, dynamic and complex corporate environments, I support organizations in shaping change in a targeted and successful manner.
The focus is on working with manufacturing companies in the B2B sector, such as the mechanical engineering industry, plant construction, energy supply and the life science industry.
